We develop an extensive capital strategy, splitting the total investment amount into smaller tranches of capital. Therefor we can appeal to local banking institutions with senior debt and to alternative investors with mezzanine debt.
EXECUTION
We combine our investment strategy based on deep research with external investment capital, in order to close the transaction. Followed by implementing our value add measures and prepare exit transaction.
EXIT
We negotiate sale transactions with long term investment funds or high net worth individuals. Our process is straight forward and transparent. We value a swift and efficient transaction and therefor only offload to reputable counterparties.
